This is a good book because it applies to every aspect of life. It doesn’t
matter who you are or where you are in life, this book can be applied.
Forgiving others and yourself can lead to weights falling off and feeling
free in a sense. The author gives tips for a better life and showed examples
from his own life. He gives clear direction on how others can better
themselves and the steps to take. This book is amazing and will offer so
much to its readers. Make goals, forgive yourself and those who have hurt
you. Be positive about yourself and what you want, set aside emergency
funds, pay off debt, these are realistic principles from your book. Another
takeaway was the reward method. I think as adults we think its great to
award children who do well but we forget to reward ourselves when we
accomplish goals, no matter how big or small. We should celebrate ourselves.
There is something in every chapter for people to pull from.
I enjoyed reading this book, not just for everything listed above but
because it can help me better myself. It also gives great advice for
spending time with family when you do have a busy schedule and including
family in some of your hobbies or engaging yourself into their hobbies so
that you get to spend time with them as well as continue to build a
relationship with them. This book causes self reflection in a good way. We
want to change what we can and get rid of bad habits to accomplish our
goals. I would recommend this book to everyone, because anyone can
benefit from it in some form or another. It’s about how one would choose to
apply the principles and guidance in the book from the high school student
entering college to the adult looking for a career change or just someone
who wants to better themselves in general. With so many amazing points, it
is hard to choose just one that sticks out the most, they are all relevant.
As a writer, writing daily is important. As a mother, investing, managing my
time, celebrating accomplishments, not giving up and so much more are all
